Good intentions, flawed execution
The historic lakeside location offers fine views. The cute staff were accommodating.

The restaurant was wonderful with casual fine dining food, we ordered savoury dishes. The location was incredible and prime, you can visit Harrison Lake Beach Park by walking. The people were best, will exceed the expectations.
The staff was a bit rude.

The evening by the hot springs, surrounded by twinkling stars, was a magical highlight. Enjoyed the relaxing ambiance of the outdoor spa, although it could use better temperature control.

Fairly clean hotel with accommodating employees upon the manager. Stunning and fantastic location in Harrison Hot Springs, close to East tower over looking the mountains and Canada and the lake. Also, right on the beach.

I had a pet-friendly and air-conditioned room with large bathroom. The location was absolutely incredible - ease of access to Harrison Lake Beach Park.
Well, Wi-Fi was bad.

The essentials, minus the fluff
A vintage hotel with scenic beauty, but be prepared for inconsistency. The outdoor pools are fantastic for family fun. Nice breakfast buffet, yet check-in can be chaotic with slow staff. Great location near the lake, but watch for added costs, such as parking fees. Room decor needs a refresh but offers comfort.

It was in a very central setting in the quiet areas. The heritage double room was heated and the bed was extremely comfy.

Relaxing Hot Pools and Great Memories
The check-in process was quite slow and disorganized, a bit frustrating, especially after a long drive. Despite this, the hotel atmosphere made it a nice getaway.

We had a fantastic time soaking in the hot springs and enjoying the beautiful views from our room, which really made our stay special. The spa treatments were so relaxing, and I loved lounging by the outdoor pool. Just a heads up, the parking fees were a little unexpected, but overall, we had an amazing getaway! 🌊

The location and the swimming pool.
Small bathroom and no air conditioning at this hotel. Fridge is not very cold.

enjoyable hot springs with nearby park views and cafes
We appreciated the serene atmosphere at the hot springs and the tasty meals at Morgan's Bistro just a few steps away. While the heritage building had its charm, it could really benefit from a refresh to match the overall lovely experience.

The reception desk informed us that the robes and towels were already in the room.

- the spa of course is very pleasant (two outdoor pools and an indoor pool accessible early in the morning until late in the evening). - tea and cookies are offered in the afternoon in the hall. - the on-site facilities: bar, restaurants, cafe, common areas,...
dilapidated rooms! There was a really bad smell in the whole room, very bad insulation due to a huge gap under the door, shower that creaks all along its use, tap where there are traces of mould,... Not to mention the size of the room and view on the roof...!... Anyway, for the price it's really a shame to accommodate people in rooms like this!. person at the front desk on arrival who really treated us like numbers...
